Entry Nine: What should we be eating?

The people of the 20th century have been told how we should be eating, thinking that we were taking away the problems that we use to have when we ate all the fat. We took away the red meat, the fatty foods, and labeled certain food that has no fat. What everyone doesn't know is that we will always run into problems with the foods that we choose to eat.         What people don't know is that we don't need to have a plan, we just need to eat what actually plenishes our bodies. We need water, but we do not need the soda that is massed produced, massed distributed to stores, and contain massive consequences. Luxury has become a priority. Most of us have fallen under this ideal world of having everything that we ever want, but life doesn't work that way. Life is work, and to get what we need the correct/natural way is real work. There is no easy way, there will be moments where you want to turn back, and it will take as long as it takes to get to where you need to be. Speed the process of life, and it will rot like the process of speeding the process of consuming the food that you need to plenish your body. We all need to eat, we all need to have a healthy lifestyle, but we all cannot have it at the same time.
Money is not going to make this easier, trying to feed everyone at once has failed, but we need to put all of this behind us. To have a natural balance, we all need to have the knowledge of growing what we eat. Everything in the food pyramid tells us what we need to eat, how much, but we live in a world where that pyramid destroys the purpose of what the chart is meant for. Having a plan fattens us, letting the process of growth in food slows the process of eating so we don't have the plan of failure. Having a plan to eat around our own schedule has always been the problem.
There is no way, no diet, no process to the way that we eat. There is only what we should be eating, and what we need to leave behind. There is no luxury to eating the items that taste good, as they fatten our bodies over time. There is no luxury in eating, only the right, and wrong. There is no luxury in life, but what we earn. Will there be times to enjoy life? Yes, there are the times without food, but we enjoy it by not focusing on enjoying what we eat but why we eat what we eat. Think about it, how many times a day do you eat? Where do you eat? How long does it take? Is it faster than usual? Does there seem to be any type of convience to how you eat? Do you know the consequences of what you eat? Do you already know the consequences?
